Kit for determination of Induced Acrosome Reaction by Calcium Ionophore A23187
Applications:
- Analyze the etiology of infertility.
- Analyze the reasons of low fertilization rate of IVF.
- Provide evience-based applications for IVF.
- Predict IVF outcomes.
Features:
- Induced acrosome reaction assay by WHO criterion.
- Adopt international “golden standard” probe anti-CD46 fluorescence to label sperm acrosome status, with accurate result.
- Exclude the interference of dead sperm, and report the acrosome reaction state in live sperm, which is more clinically meaningful.
- Required device: flow cytometer (blue excitation).
Test results:
Q1: Dead sperm, with intact acrosome; Q2: Dead sperm, with reacted acrosome;
Q3: Live sperm, with intact acrosome; Q4: Live sperm, with reacted acrosome;
A: Sperm with intact acrosome (acrosome not reacted);
